GRRL: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion

Dear Central Minnesota Community Members,

The Great River Regional Library (GRRL) is using Charities Review Council’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Toolkit to learn more about how our people, processes, and decision-making structures reflect the community we serve. We invite you to take this survey to help us capture as many perspectives as we can.

To participate in this survey, please click here. After you register with your name and email address, you will receive the online survey. While participating in the survey is not mandatory, we hope you will feel welcome to share your full experience with our organization. The survey is anonymous, and no identifying characteristics will be linked to your answers.

We hope to have all surveys completed by November 8th. The survey will take about 20-30 minutes, but you can start and stop your progress as needed.

We are updating our strategic plan, and your feedback will help us shape library services over the next five years. Your unique perspective matters to us. We have sent the survey to board members, staff, patrons, donors, library supporters, and community members. Feel free to forward it to others you know who would also want to share their views.

With gratitude,

Karen Pundsack
Executive Director, Great River Regional Library
